Playing the Waiting Game

It's the waiting game now. I'm supposed to give birth next Saturday if it really goes according to my EDD. However, my gynae expects me to give birth anytime this week as he said that it is my third child and normally it is the same as my second or even earlier.

If it really follows my second one, I should be in labour ward yesterday. That was 38weeks plus 2 days. I'm just hoping that "IT" will come soon as I'm feeling quite heavy and breathless at times.

However, I had some news when I visited my gynae last Saturday. According to him, my water level is very low indicating that it is not good for my baby to stay any longer in my womb.Therefore he suggested "induced labour".

Being a freaky me, I rather wait for spontaneous onset rather than being induced with foreign things. Maybe my first two pregnancies were very spontaneous and alhamdulillah it were relatively easy labour for me.However, after hearing about the induced thing, I got quite frightened as I would not know what to expect.

The best part is... tomorrow is the day of my "induced labour" if my gynae really thinks that I should go for one.

I just hope and pray that everything goes well for me and baby. If it really harms my baby inside, I really wants him to be outside.

So...I'm actually preparing myself physically and mentally for tomorrow.

For me, the waiting game starts from NOW....
