Just imagine doing transactions and enquiries through a window. That's what my son's school is doing. Everytime a parent needs to enquire or pay any fees, they need to knock, knock on the window and wait for a reply. Then, a lady supposedly to be the supervisor or clerk will slide the window to talk to you. So the unprofessional.The best part is..sometimes there will be a long queue to wait for your turn. Like buying 4D tickets!In fact, everything goes through the window..even buying of uniforms.
Today, I tried to knock on the door instead, just trying my luck. Then, an auntie directed me to knock on the window!So funny...I felt like I'm doing something illegal that can't be done through the front door.
Anyway, I seldom hang around the window if it's really a need to. Macam ahli mesyuarat tingkap betul!
